Thank you for being part of UFC Fan Expo at Mandalay Bay Convention Center!
To make it simple and valuable to exhibit, we have prepared this online EXHIBITOR MANUAL detailing all of the information as well as the services available to ensure you have a successful event.
Here is a sample of valuable information you will find in your manual:
- Exhibitor Action Checklist – Lists all advance ordering discounts up through the directory closing dates, March 29, 2010.
- Promotional Opportunities – We offer several opportunities to increase your visibility, reach more buyers, and expose your company to influential media. See the Marketing Section or details regarding free invitation programs, public relations opportunities, marketing your products and booth, promoting show specials, and advertising resources.
- Exhibitor Badges – All exhibitors are entitled to receive an allotment of (5) free exhibitor badges for every 100 square feet of booth space reserved. Please note, these badges are to be used for booth staff ONLY and will be available to pick up by your company's primary contact in Hall C upon your arrival to the convention center. Additional badges in excess of your allotment can be ordered at $30 each when you arrive onsite.
- Added Exposure – A full menu of promotional activities is open to your company such as VIP bag inserts, Web Banners, and Online Storefront Listings. Contact your sales representative or Ed Gallo, Event Director at 203.840.5546 with any questions you may have.
