As a UFC Fan Expo Las Vegas exhibitor, below you can find important information to help you prepare for the upcoming event and to ensure you receive maximum exposure and visibility for your brand pre-expo and onsite.
*NOTE: In observance of the July 4th holiday, the UFC Fan Expo® Exhibit Hall will be closed on Wednesday. There will be no services available or access to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center on this day. Exhibitors will re-gain access to the exhibit hall for setup on Thursday July 5th at 8 AM.
Exhibitor Booth Awards
As an official UFC Fan Expo® exhibitor, your company will have the opportunity to be voted on by fans in a number of categories during the Expo this July. Categories include Best Product, Best Fan Interactive Booth, Best Booth Design, Best Overall Booth or Best Company Debut. Voting will take place on Friday, July 6 from 9AM - 6PM and Saturday, July 7 from 9AM - 1PM. Fans can vote throughout the exhibit hall using a number of methods - scanning a QR code that can be found on signage, with any UFC® Magazine representative throughout the exhibit hall, or simply by visiting UFCFANEXPO.com during the event. Winners will be announced on the Main Stage at 3PM on Saturday, July 7 and presented with their award. Concluding the Expo winning companies will receive a customized award and media exposure for their brand. Be sure to encourage your customers to vote when they visit your booth this July!

Exhibitors will receive an allotment of (5) exhibitor badges for every 100 square feet of space reserved. Space reserved prior to May 18 will receive customized badges featuring your company's name. Booths booked after May 18 will receive the same allotment of badges, but they will not be customized. If your company requires additional badges in excess of your allotment, they may be purchased onsite at Exhibitor Check-in for $55 each.
*Please note: Exhibitor badges are for booth staff only. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in penalty and possibly prohibition from exhibiting in the future.

Collecting Sales Tax in your Booth
All sales made in your booth will be subject to 8.1% state and local sales tax, currently effective in Las Vegas.
If you are not currently registered to conduct business in Las Vegas, you will be required to complete the one-time sales tax return form and submit it to the Department of Revenue with the tax you collected within 10 business days after the close of the Expo.
If you are already registered to conduct business in Las Vegas, you must complete the one-time sales tax return form indicating your registration number where noted. In this case, taxes collected onsite may be paid when you remit your annual sales tax returns.
An onsite representative will be available for any questions your company might have on Saturday, July 7 from 4:30 – 5:30 PM at the Exhibitor Check-In Counter.
