Training & Development
UFC Fan Expo held a number of Training & Development Sessions ranging from state-of-the-industry, regulatory issues, industry growth, MMA fighting skills, nutrition, strength and conditioning, and much more. These sessions were informative and interactive allowing fans the opportunity to learn various fighting techniques including Muay Thai and kickboxing, wresting, jujitsu, striking, submissions, and fans were even invited back to attend Wanderlei Silva’s gym!
