To make it simple and valuable to exhibit, we have prepared this online EXHIBITOR MANUAL detailing all of the information as well as the services available to ensure you have a successful event.

Promotional Opportunities – We offer several opportunities to increase your visibility, reach more buyers, and expose your company to influential media. See the Marketing Section for details regarding free marketing opportunities, public relations opportunities, marketing your products and booth, promoting expo specials, and advertising resources.
Exhibitor Badges – All exhibitors are entitled to receive an allotment of (5) free exhibitor badges for every 100 sq. ft. of space reserved. Please note, these badges are to be used for booth staff ONLY and will be available to pick up by your company's primary contact at the Exhibitor Check-in Counter upon your arrival to the exhibition centre. Additional badges in excess of your allotment can be ordered onsite at $35 (CAD) each when you arrive.
Added Exposure – A full menu of promotional activities is open to your company such as VIP bag inserts, Web Banners, and Online Storefront Listings. Contact your sales representative or Ed Gallo, Event Director at 203.840.5546 with any questions you may have.
